Located on Galiano Island, one of BC's pristine Gulf Islands, Pilgrimme has made a name for itself under the partnership of Chef Jesse McCleery and Manager Leanne Lalonde. After spending time at Copenhagen's renowned Noma, Jesse set out to combine elements of the Scandinavian culinary aesthetic with ingredients particular to the Pacific Northwest.
Wildebeest Chef Alessandro Vianello and Chef Jesse, in partnership with Visa Infinite, tasked themselves with reinventing brunch with the flavours of coastal British Columbia. MC Kurtis Kolt and Wines of British Columbia have paired each course with a different BC wine. This exclusive event will be a brunch for the ages.
