Wildebeest is hosting their second annual ‘Pink Links’ Sausage and Rosé Party. The event will be a laidback stand-up-style mingler featuring an assortment of house-made sausages and our favourite rosés from the festival, many of which will be exclusive to this event.
Chef Ian McHale has collaborated with our Wine Director, Christina Hartigan, to pair the meats, served canapé-style, with a selection of their favourite boutique wines from the Top Drop festival. You are invited to sip rosé wines from New-World producers such as BC’s Kitsch Wines (Okanagan) and Stoller Family Estate (Willamette Valley) and Unsworth Vineyards (Vancouver Island) as well as Old-World vintners such as France’s Lelarge-Pugeot (Champagne).
The custom sausages will include: Kimchi Sausage with Tarragon Emulsion with Puffed Sorghum ; Hunter’s Salami with Caramelized Shallots; Lamb Merguez with Fig Leaf Yogurt and Gherkins; Bratwurst with Sauerkraut and Grand Fir Mustard; and Käsekrainer with Emmenthaler and Horseradish
Tickets are $49 inclusive of tax and gratuity with partial proceeds to the BC Hospitality Foundation.
